Northwestern Garter Snakes are a smaller species of garter snake. They are typically calm and good eaters as adults but can be difficult to get going as babies. Their coloration is highly variable, and they naturally come in a beautiful range of colors!
CHECKERED GARTER SNAKES
Thamnophis marcianus
Northwestern Garter Snakes are a larger species of garter snake. We currently own albino and granite morphs of this species. They are typically fairly calm, fast growers, and good eaters.
OREGON RED-SPOTTED GARTER SNAKES
Thamnophis sirtalis concinnus
Oregon Red-Spotted Garters are a fan-favorite specied due to their vibrant red, black, and sometimes blue markings. They are a medium sized garter snake species. They are feisty and eager eaters, especially as babies, and should be monitored when eating. They are social and usually recognize their humans quite quickly.
