Creature Farm Buyer Giveaway – Official Rules

Prize: Female Arctic Western Hognose Snake
Contest Dates: November 27, 2025 – December 31, 2025
Winner Announced: New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2025)

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the continental United States only.

  • Must be 18 years or older or the legal age to own a hognose snake in your state/city (if different).

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • All local, state, and federal laws regarding reptile ownership and shipping must be met by the winner. If the winner cannot legally receive the animal in their location, they will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.

2. How to Enter

  • Purchase Entry: Make any purchase on CreatureFarmAnimals.com during the giveaway period and opt in at checkout.
    Each completed order = 1 Automatic Entry.

  • OR Submit the free entry form – Limit 1 free entry per person.

3. Prize Details

  • One winner will receive one (1) female Arctic Western Hognose Snake.

  • No cash value or credit alternative will be offered. If the selected winner declines the prize for any reason, another eligible entrant will be chosen.

  • Winner is responsible for providing a safe, appropriate habitat and care.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on December 31, 2025.

  • Winner will be notified via the email provided during checkout.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours. If no response is received, a new winner will be chosen.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Animal will be shipped via a reputable reptile shipping service on the next safe-weather shipping day that works for both parties.

  • Shipping is included for the winner.

  • Winner must be available to receive the animal on arrival and follow any shipping instructions (e.g., hold-for-pickup if required).

6. Additional Terms

  • Creature Farm is not responsible for incomplete entries, technical issues, or delays.

  • By entering, participants agree to allow Creature Farm to publicly announce the winner’s first name and state.

  • Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these rules and Creature Farm’s general Terms of Service.
